Admission to the General English and/or IELTS Preparation programs is open to all local and International students above 16 years old except those from countries restricted by the Malaysian government.
Student visa applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 45 years old and must possess a high school certificate and transcript.
All fees must be paid before the commencement of your study period. All fees are NOT REFUNDABLE & NOT TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
A student will only be guaranteed a place after all fees have been paid. Actual commencement dates will depend on availability of seat at payment time.
Placement Tests are COMPULSORY and must be taken upon registration.
Students must study continously according to the number of months they have registered without skipping any terms.
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes. Absence must be either supported by a doctor's letter or an explanation letter. Low attendance will result in lower grades and affect chances of obtaining extensions (for visa students).
Stratford reserves the right to suspend or cancel the participation of any student found to be unsuitable for the program or display disruptive or inappropriate behaviour in classes.
Visa students are required by the Malaysian government to submit proof of a paid travel ticket heading to their home country no later than two weeks before the end of their final term. Failure to do so will result in a police report being filed and stern action will be taken against them by authorities.
Stratford reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone programs due to occurrences beyond the reasonable control of our organization (such as natural disasters or pandemics), making our duties and obligations commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible. In such cases, no refunds will be given to the students, nor will the organization be held liable toward any losses incurred or damages suffered by students.
The students are responsible for their own personal safety and health, and agrees to indemnify and hold the organization harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, judgments, or demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to student’s participation in the programs. This includes any claims made by third parties.
By submitting this application form, the student agrees that we may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy.
