Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, I/we hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. This form submission cannot in any way be construed as a confirmed booking. Our staff will process your request and contact you to confirm details and discuss your request further.
   2. An official quote will be sent to the email provided in the form once the program details are finalized between Stratford and parents/guardians.
   3. The program start date may be changed depending on the amount of preparation time as well as the availability of teachers, venue, and other resources. A period of 3 weeks is normally required to prepare for each private camp.
   4. Admission to the Stratford Private Junior English Holiday Program is open to all children 12 and older except those from countries restricted by the Malaysian government.
   5. Parents/guardians of foreign children are responsible for obtaining the proper visas for the student to enter the country. A tourist visa is normally sufficient. However, we highly recommend that parents/guardians familiarize themselves with Malaysian entry requirements for visitors before planning your trip.
   6. All fees must be paid before the commencement of the program. All fees are NOT REFUNDABLE & NOT TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
   7. Program commencement is only guaranteed after the 50% of the total fees has been paid.
   8. Stratford reserves the right to suspend or cancel the participation of any child found to be unsuitable for the program or display disruptive or inappropriate behaviour in classes. In such cases parents/guardians will be required to collect the child immediately.
   9. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's meals during the program.
   10. The program does not include any meals for the children other than some light snacks and drinking water. Any request for additional meals shall be billed separately.
   11. Parents/guardians are required to collect their children no later than 15 minutes after the end of class.
   12. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s personal safety and health throughout the program, and agrees to indemnify and hold the organization harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, judgments, or demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to student’s participation in the programs. This includes any claims made by third parties.
   13. All medical conditions and disabilities must be clearly stated on the application form.
   14. Emergency services may be called In the event of an accident or medical emergency. While there will be first aid kits available at the program venue, no medically-trained personnel will be stationed there throughout the program.
   15. Stratford shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the program.
   16. Photographs and video footage of children may be taken and used for promotional reasons.
   17. Stratford reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone programs due to occurrences beyond the reasonable control of our organization (such as natural disasters or pandemics), making our duties and obligations commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible. In such cases, no refunds will be given to the students, nor will the organization be held liable toward any losses incurred or damages suffered by students.
   18. By submitting this application form, the parent/guardian agrees that we may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Privacy Policy available on our official website.
