No, sessions do not roll over. Any sessions you don’t attend within the month will expire at the end of that month.
Absolutely. For the Flex Plan 12, your fee will be adjusted based on the number of sessions remaining in the month. For the Flex Plan 6, we’ll prorate your fee if fewer than 6 sessions are still available.
Currently, we only offer in-person sessions at our dedicated space in G Tower, conveniently located next to the Ampang Park train station.
Do you offer trial sessions?
While we don’t run a formal trial session, we’d love to give you a feel for how you will learn here with us. We offer a free consultation, and if it helps you get a clearer picture, we can also arrange a sample session so you can experience our coaching style firsthand.
There’s a one-time RM100 fee for registration and your access card. All supplementary learning materials are provided at no extra cost. However, core course books are not included — you may purchase them from us (subject to availability) or from any bookstore of your choice
We accept payments via online bank transfer, debit/credit card, and selected e-wallets. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the payment details and instructions. If you choose to pay by card, we’ll set up a secure recurring payment each month for your convenience. Your spot in the program is confirmed once your first payment is received.
Will I be ready to take the JLPT after completing the course?

We cater to learners from absoluteIf JLPT is your goal, we’ll ensure your learning plan covers the required grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening skills. beginners to intermediate speakers.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or gearing up for the JLPT, our personalised coaching adapts to your level. Currently, our materials cover N5 to N3, with N2 and N1 coming soon.

Yes, we do. Certificates are awarded when you achieve your personal learning goals or have shown significant and demonstrable progress in your studies.
Yes — after your sessions, you’ll often receive optional practice materials to reinforce what you’ve learned. While we don’t assign “mandatory homework,” we do encourage regular practice between sessions, and we’ll provide exercises, resources, and study tips tailored to your goals.
